Short: Datatype for BeBox screen dumps. V39.0
Uploader: edmundv@grafix.xs4all.nl (Edmund Vermeulen)
Author: edmundv@grafix.xs4all.nl (Edmund Vermeulen)
Type: util/dtype
The Be DataType is a picture datatype for displaying 256 colour screen dumps
from the BeBox under Amiga OS release 3 or higher.
The BeBox has the ability to save the current visible screen to disk by
pressing the PrtSc button on the keyboard. With this datatype you are able
to view these images on an Amiga. Only 256 colour screen dumps are
supported. Image clips created by the ImageViewer application have the same
format and can be viewed as well.
If you don't know what a BeBox is then you should visit Be's web site,
'http://www.be.com'. It's a dual PowerPC computer with a complete new OS.
Some say that it is the spiritual successor to the Amiga.
